City center accommodation Near Ueno station and underground, near OIOI malls and eating places And politely welcome. Breakfast is a little less. Only bread Tea, coffee, juice Would like to recommend many more Overall, the room is very good, clean, the room is compact. Arrange the room perfectly. TV can connect to the internet. Don't be afraid. There are only Japanese programs. Can watch YouTube and movies To stay again for sure

Great location! Loved staying here for a week. I'm thankful I upgraded from the basic double bedroom to the deluxe version--the extra bit of room gave the two of us a lot of comfort.
Nothing wrong with the hotel. I liked the room decor.

Best part of the hotel was the location. It’s near the train station, shops and restaurants. Worst part is rooms are small and they only clean it every three days. They do give you fresh towels daily though. Also, if you have a late flight like us, they will only store your luggage for free till noon. After that you have to use the coin lockers which range from $4-$10 per locker. We had to wake up early to insure we had lockers for our luggages.

Very convenient location, close to Ueno station and AirPort Express (Keisei skyliners) many shopping and food area nearby.
Rooms are very small with low ceiling, the bathroom (bathtub ceiling is extremely low) average height can’t stand up straight in the shower area.

It was the most quiet, safe hotel I have ever been to. I didn't have to talk to anybody. Everything came out of the vending machine. No issue with people.

Charming location with a market nearby. Not too terribly far from Ueno Park, though not close either. Ueno's proximity to Akihabara was a large part of the draw for me. Room was fine, and the coin laundry a useful amenity. Checking in and out was a good experience.

There are different metro lines, JR station walkable within 12 minutes from hotel. Cross streets there’s lots of restaurants, shops. seven11 everywhere. Rooms are not big as US, it’s small or like some other people says it’s tiny, of course we are in Tokyo. The rooms are very clean, the whole building is clean. Staffs are friendly. Free bathroom supplies free of charge. Great experience. I definitely come back.

Superb fantastic location just behind the Keisei line. Only issue I have was the room having a musky smell even though an air purifier was offered in the room. Had to open the window to air the room.
