The staff are really nice they are saying welcome and goodbye every time you enter or leaving the hotel. The necessities are at the front desk for you to pick up. Breakfast at second floor but I hadn’t had them. Close to Shinjuku so a lot of great food and shops~

I had such an amazing stay at the JR West Group Via Inn Shinjuku hotel. The room was perfect and had everything I needed; the desk was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had just what I needed. The location was perfect, with several entrances to Shinjuku-sanchoume station nearby as well as having Hanazono Jinja pretty much just across the road. The daily buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great selection (leading me to eat more than I usually would for breakfast) for which I was very grateful. The staff were beyond amazing, so polite, and went above and beyond to help me. I'd like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the JR West Group Via Inn Shinjuku Hotel for giving me a great experience. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

About 10 minutes to the main area of Shinjuku. Staff really friendly and rooms were nice and cleaned every day. The room is quite small, however, not too bad. Close to convenience stores, restaurants and easy to walk to the station, about 15 minutes.

Staff all very polite.really smooth check in/ check out. Rooms were clean and although on the smaller side, were fine for purpose. Ameneties were great. All basic needs found near front desk and fresh towels provided every day despite not always opting for room cleaning. Washing rooms available to wash/dey your clothes and really great location :)

Very good location with nice amenities. Only a 6 min walk to the train station. Walking distance to shopping, food and night life. Room is small, but so are most hotel rooms in Tokyo. Excellent staff and service. One of my favorite places I stayed in Tokyo.
