Very clean and quiet hotel, free shuttle bus to Haneda airport

Excellent stay near the airport. The bed is a little bit hard. But convenient for a short stay.

Great location from the train station and airport. Shuttle bus also available free of charge.

Location was amazing i plan on coming again next year

Found this hotel on Hotels.com as it was close to the Haneda Airport and had a good deal for a group of three guests. We missed their free shuttle as our flight was delayed twice and their shuttle ends early on a Sunday. It's easy to get to my train and a 7-10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk or how heavy your luggage is. LOL As you get in, there is one attendant to assist but it's all online check-in. You will need to provide all passports for each guest in the room. When you check out, you only need to drop it off at the drop box by the elevators. The room is pretty tiny so if you have big luggages it's a tight space. The room and bathroom are very clean. I happen to love the heated toilet as it automatically opens the lids and flushes but it is sensitive when you are by the sink only, it detects you. Their beds are super stiff so if you are not used, you may not have a good night sleep. The sheets are not so soft but ok. They do provide free pajamas to use with in room slippers. In the bathrooms, they provide free toothbrush and paste, shampoo, conditioner and foam soap. They also provide free wifi, free shuttle to and from the airport and free breakfast from 5am -9:30am. Not too many places close by to eat near the hotel. This place is good for a quick stay like us. Staff are super nice and friendly especially, the lady in the cafeteria serving food. I would recommend this hotel.

It’s so hard to find and there’s another hotel sharing the similar name. I spent almost an hour in this area to find the hotel. A lot of road construction blocked the walkways outside so Google navigation did not work.

Airport shuttle bus really helpful for early morning departures

I booked the room for 2 Adults and 1 12-year-old kid. The manager in the hotel said they didn’t care the third person therefore they didn’t prepare the third towels etc. and when I asked him to switch to a 2 beds room as I mentioned in my booking and they wanted to charge more money. I told them 2 beds was the requirement and they asked me to complain to Expedia and they didn’t care. I was shocked. This is not expected in Japan.

Overall, the rooms and laundry machines were fine but the specific bidet/toilet models was a bit obnoxious with its motion sensors. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport, but not a lot of dining options surrounding the area.

Great stay before heading to airport

I liked how close it was to the train station and how many restaurants were within walking distance. Very convenient location for early morning flight out of HND.

It was exactly what I needed. I needed a place to stay near the airport with easy access to public transportation. The hotel was great. The access was great. I loved it. However; everyday I would get up early and take the train into the city. I did not spend much time around the hotel at all.

Good hotel close to the airport. It has a very efficient transport from and to the hotel. The breakfast provised was good. Highly recommended.

Loved the free breakfast. Made good use of the shuttle that goes to the airport.

The hotel made a mistake and charged me for my stay even though it was paid through Expedia. In order to receive a refund for my second payment, all I needed was a receipt for my payment to the hotel in Japanese money(yen) but they refused to provide it.

Great stay overall, but the pillows were terrible. I left with a very sore neck! But otherwise it is a nice hotel in a very convenient area for those flying Haneda Airport. Lots of great food options within walking distance, as well as a shrine and a riverside walk. Airport shuttle was a breeze, very convenient!
