The hotel location is close to the airport, just take the train via 1 train station. And from the station it's only a 5 minute walk, the hotel is clean and in front of the hotel there is a public bus stop, close to Family Mart, about 5 minutes away. Clean and friendly staff. Enjoyable stay here.

Room and hotel were very clean, free breakfast was great (American or Japanese option), and hotel shuttle to and from Haneda airport was very convenient. Toiletries available in the lobby and in the room.

It is a very good hotel, but the description on their Web site may be misleading. There is a shuttle to the airport, but not from the airport. Being close to Haneda, the taxi fare is only around $15. It does not have a restaurant, only a self service area to warm up food from a vending machine. In addition, a small breakfast area is open for breakfast, which is free (not clear from their Web site). The rooms are excellent and very small, usual for Japan. All room amenities are to be picked up in the lobby. Checkin is done by machine, very efficient. I would stay there again, now that I understand the way it works

We booked this hotel for a quick afternoon layover before a midnight flight from Haneda, thinking the $105 price and "free shuttle" made it a perfect choice. Unfortunately, the logistics were a headache. ​When we arrived at noon and inquired about a pickup, the response was slow, only to eventually find out the shuttle service is incredibly limited—it only runs from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This was never made clear, and it meant the service was useless for our 10:00 PM departure, forcing us to spend an extra $30 on Ubers. To add to the frustration, the hotel was completely inflexible with check-in; even though we arrived at 2:00 PM, we were made to wait until exactly 3:00 PM with no effort to see if a room was ready early. Communication was also a bit of a struggle as English was limited. ​On a positive note, the hotel itself was very good—modern, clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly despite the language barrier. However, once you add the $30 in transport costs to the room rate, I am certain I could have found a more convenient hotel closer to the terminal. Avoid if you are counting on that shuttle!

Ein sauberes Airport Hotel mit gutem Zimmer. Shuttlebus fährt zu den Hauptzeiten alle 20min. Das gratis Frühstück war klein aber in Ordnung. In der Gegend gibt es reichlich Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten.
