The staffs are friendly and professional, the amenities are loaded beside the front desk, the room is spacious, the view is top tier (I got a room with mountain view). This hotel will change your towel everyday based on request, but if there’s no need to change it, they will provide you 2 vouchers that can be redeemed for drinks in the vending machine~~

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Toyama Station. The facilities were excellent, and the bed was perfect for a good night’s rest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Location was great. Hotel staff were super helpful and nice. We lost something on the train and they helped us contact the station officer (since our numbers can't make a call). Thank you for your superb service!

Good experience for our family holidays in Toyama and Tateyama. We use Japanese style room, there is a common bathroom on 11 floor nice view there Hotel staff is good service and English communication well. Japanese breakfast is good and yummy The location is ok close to Tram Overall impressive , value for money
