We booked this Hotel for our accommodations before leaving Japan. It's very accessible from Narita Airport. They also have a bus to and from the Hotel to the Terminal. The room we booked was good for 4 persons. It had enough space for us and our luggages. All in all it was great experience.

Very convenient when you arrive at the airport and are picked up by its shuttle bus, and you use the same bus to go to the airport in the morning. The hotel has a nice convenience store. The room with twin beds can fit a family of two adults and two kids (7-10 years old).

This hotel has a good location. Perfect for those who need to be in the airport early morning. I just spent some hours here because I came at late night and had to go to Narita airport early. One thing for sure, this hotel has an airport shuttle and it really helped the customer. Good!

Very near from Narita Airport, there are shuttle buses that depart every 10 minutes. It is convenience for you when you have plan to leave Japan in the morning.

I was here for 2 days transit in Tokyo. The hotel room is clean and fully equipped. I have heard that hotel rooms in Tokyo are very small, but the standard double room I stayed in was not as cramped as I feared. The back garden view is so beautiful, the staff is cute and attentive. The free shuttle bus to the airport saves a lot of money, and there is also a family mart right in the hotel lobby, open for almost 24 hours. Really a good choice for the price range.

I was travelling with 2 kids. I booked a double bed room. Staying at this hotel was over expectation. The room was classic look but spacious, not a typical hotel in Japan. The location is great, just next to Narita station and 15 minutes walk to Shinsoji temple. The one that amazed me was the staff ability to speak English.

Service and quality are quite ok even though it is a 3-star hotel but the staff and amenities are quite good. Very close to Narita airport so convenient
