The staff were very helpful and informative, the services and amenities in the hotel were well maintained and presented. The sento was wonderful to soak in at the end of each day of walking for hours! The staff are professional and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast buffet is particularly varied and fresh. The cozy lobby is welcoming and deserves a mention on its own. THE HOTEL HIGASHIYAMA KYOTO TOKYU, A Pan Pacific Hotel

The highlight of our Kyoto trip was the hotel. It had a beautiful ambiance in every corner of it. They also provide a free shuttle bus to/from Kyoto Station, making it even more convenient. I will recommend this hotel for sure.
