We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the station and close to plenty of shops, making it super convenient for travel and exploring. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. Despite being in a central area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was also strong and reliable, perfect for work or streaming. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

The bus that takes you to the airport is like a 2 minute walk. Also the train to go to shibuya was about the same. There are grocery stores nearby.

Property was within a few minutes walking distance from the train station (15 mins to most places) and bus station (approx 25 mins to disney). Supermarket across the road and another down the street. Kfc, mcdonalds, convience store etc a short walk as well as takeaway and other dining options.
Property was spacious with cooking facilities, seperate loo and shower/bath area and seperate sink. Slippers provided and heating was good as the room heated up quickly. Dining table and plenty of sofa space (both of which turned into beds). Laundry room with washers and dryers which were low cost. Keypad entry so no risk of losing keys. Provided with washing up sponge and liquid and plenty of untensils for cooking. Lots and lots of plug sockets all placed in convience places which was handy.
A couple of cons, the room was clean as were the bathroom etc but alot of dust under the microwave which clearly hadnt been done in a while. Towels provided for 2 of us, we stayed for 5 nights so would of preferred another towel each. We did some washing while there so were able to wash the towels too.
When checking in you had to call on an ipad in the reception and our call was ignored several times which was a bit annoying as we had travelled along way and just wanted to settle in.
Other than those few things we really enjoyed our stay at Minn and would definitely stay again. It was alot quieter and more spacious than staying in central Tokyo.

Room check-in and check-out procedures are self-managed and human-less. Just follow on-screen instructions will do. Do not require human interactions. The room is clean and basic amenities like towels, shower/shampoo soaps/dish soaps are provided. However personal hygiene items like toothbrush, razors, combs etc. Were not given so its good to bring your own. LOVED the bath tub and kitchen so much, it almost felt like home to us. However, a little shortcoming were the pillows were not hard type that would provide good neck/lumbar support. Overall pleasant stay, will be back for sure.

Nice apartment, I stayed 4 night with my family (4 person), the place is clean, all you need for cooking is right there. Near the Kasai Station, 5 minutes walking to bus and train. I will recommend this apartment for your vacation with your family and I'm sure will stay again in this apartment if I go to Tokyo next vacation.

The hotel and room are beautiful, compact, clean and neat. The place is close to supermarket and train station. Facility especially for kitchen is complete, we can prepare light breakfast. The most important, it is not far from Disney theme park, so we can reach the interesting place from the hotel easily.

Meski tempatnya agak sempit (karena buat 3 orang), tapi tempatnya nyaman banget. Dekat dengan Stasiun Kasai, di depan penginapan langsung ada supermarket (kalau ngga salah buka 24 jam), jadi kalau mau makan bisa beli bento di supermarketnya. Kamarnya bagus dan nyaman, bisa buat nonton Netflix dan Youtube juga. Di lantai 1 ada ruang laundry koin (sayang pas saya menginap, mesinnya sedang nggak bisa dipakai).

Very satisfied and enjoy stay at Minn Kasai, very close from Station even though not jr line you must pay extra budget for subway line. Great neighborhood mart, restaurant, KFC you can reach by walking distance. Quick check in procedure you can reach staff 24 hour by video call, very compact kitchen and bathroom will be back.
