Overall, everything was good. The place was comfortable, modern, and easily accessible by subway. The only issue was that cleaning services were supposed to come on the 4th and 7th days of our stay, but only came on the 4th. Because of this, we were constantly anticipating that our suite was going to be cleaned past day 7, when no one arrived. There was also a fire alarm that went off at around 8:30 one night for an hour and a half, forcing everyone to evacuate, though this was obviously hardly their fault. Other than this, we had an excellent stay.

It was a great experience

Check in through an ipad is not ideal when you are tired after travelling. It was 3 of us but we had 2 single beds and an un made sofa. towels not changed regularly. Overpriced.

This property is excellent for people who need a kitchenette families or those with special dietary needs. That said, it is very no frills but it is clean and safe and very close to transportation, 24-Hour grocery great restaurants.

I wish they had a smoking/vaping area within the property but other than that our stay was good

A nice and cozy hotel/apartment style room. I booked for a family of 4 for 2 nights and I'm glad we decided to not bring our 2 big suitcases with us. The room would've been very tight with large suitcases in the room. We did overnight backpack bags instead. The room itself was overall clean but we did notice stains on the couch and had to give it a good wipe down ourselves. The hotel is close to train stations and grocery stores. Overall, a good hotel!

It was an amazing stay. The hotel was stylish from the outside and nice clean modern rooms. Customer service was excellent when required. As a family we felt comfortable, safe and all our needs were met. Great hotel!!

Great place and area to stay

Great staff and very clean, best showers. No in suite laundry though . Beds could be a bit wider

It was a nice new hotel in a quiet area. I lips have been nice to have some direction as to what to eat, how to find transportation. New towels would have been nice. Overall I’d go back again

The area is conveniently located five minute walk from the train station or bus line. Area is very clean. Has a self block up for storage for Luggage if needed. Check in was very easy although they are very strict on no early check-in and no late checkout..it is a self check-in and Check-out only, only cleaning staff on site.

Very clean room and quiet

First time to Japan and this was such a wonderful property. Check in was so easy, even with the virtual check in. Close walk to bus/train station to get anywhere. Plenty of food and convince options! Room was perfect for us, plenty of room and comfortable!!

We were told the housekeeping was coming every 4 days. In a 21 day stay they came 3 times and the cleaning was Substandard. Bathrooms never cleaned. Upon arrival it was confusing. A sign at the desk said they will be right back. No you had to ring for them and talk to them through a computer. Very frustrating. I told them I am in a wheelchair and I asked if we had a handicapped room and they said they don’t have any and they doubted I would fit in their elevator. I told them I need to cancel. I then got a message saying everything is ok.i cannot cancel. Wow, that was the day we were flying to Tokyo.

Reasonably priced. Far from the city but very accessible to the Metro.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the station and close to plenty of shops, making it super convenient for travel and exploring. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. Despite being in a central area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was also strong and reliable, perfect for work or streaming. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

The bus that takes you to the airport is like a 2 minute walk. Also the train to go to shibuya was about the same. There are grocery stores nearby.

Property was within a few minutes walking distance from the train station (15 mins to most places) and bus station (approx 25 mins to disney). Supermarket across the road and another down the street. Kfc, mcdonalds, convience store etc a short walk as well as takeaway and other dining options. Property was spacious with cooking facilities, seperate loo and shower/bath area and seperate sink. Slippers provided and heating was good as the room heated up quickly. Dining table and plenty of sofa space (both of which turned into beds). Laundry room with washers and dryers which were low cost. Keypad entry so no risk of losing keys. Provided with washing up sponge and liquid and plenty of untensils for cooking. Lots and lots of plug sockets all placed in convience places which was handy. A couple of cons, the room was clean as were the bathroom etc but alot of dust under the microwave which clearly hadnt been done in a while. Towels provided for 2 of us, we stayed for 5 nights so would of preferred another towel each. We did some washing while there so were able to wash the towels too. When checking in you had to call on an ipad in the reception and our call was ignored several times which was a bit annoying as we had travelled along way and just wanted to settle in. Other than those few things we really enjoyed our stay at Minn and would definitely stay again. It was alot quieter and more spacious than staying in central Tokyo.
