Minn Kasai

Overall good location to train station, clean and safe. Kitchen light was annoying and lack of bigger bowls, otherwise good.

Loved the location of this hotel. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access the public transportation/trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. It is 20 min to Disney by bus and also 20 min to city. And from get there is a bus to narita. Room was big and very new.

Great place for our group of 3. Was a wonderful place.

The laundry was great! Everything was there that was needed. The shower and bidet were great!

Minn Kasai was like a home away from home for us . Clean room, accessible laundry facilities, small kitchen. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with via front desk video option . They responded to our requests quickly and efficiently ( ie : new towels, bedsheets , etc ) Also good location to get around with easy access to train from Kasai Station. The self check In/Out was also easy and straight forward.

Convenient location close to all the local amenities. Within a 5 minute walk to Kasai metro station where you can take the bust to Disney no transfer required.

Comfortable stay, high recommend only 15 away from Disneyland and disney sea 👌

Location was very close to train station where you can connect to the whole city...very handy to have few convenient stores are just across the hotel too. Rooms are very small but its pretty common in tokyo due to high density.

This is a gem on the quieter side of town. We stayed here for a quick trip to the Disney parks. It is close to the train and bus stations where you can easily catch transportation in and out of Disney parks. We loved the market across the street and many convenience stores. It was pleasantly clean and a great home away from home. Thank you!

Minn Kasai provided a nice quiet stay away from the business of the main areas. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were smaller than the pictures showed, but it wasn't too cramped. 3 of us fit comfortably in the family room, but any more and it would have felt cramped.

The Minn was located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants, groceries stores and transportation nearby. The only challenges were checkin and contacting virtually the hotel for stuff like clean towels. I tried to contact the hotel several times prior to check in about luggage and difficulty doing pre-check in but received no responses. The lobby was small with multiple families trying to check in at once adding to stress. The hotel was further out than expected from the main attractions but other than that a great option.

Minn kasai hotel was very good place to stay Disney sea was a short distance and all available transportation is at your disposal.. train station is minutes away walking and plenty of wonderful restaurants all short walking distance..

Staff helpful, room clean and loved the bathroom amenities and little kitchen for breakfast and snacks

The room was pretty clean, the toilet was also clean. The room was pretty comfortable for my family. The only down side is the coin dryer, I don’t know why every time I used it to dry my clothes, it always ended up sticking with crumps of dusts when I took them out of the dryer. Other than that everything else was good.

Thank you very much. The Hotel Minn Kasai is the comfortable and clean. Easy to access to Tokyo and Chiba. More advantage is bus station from Narita and to Narita.

Stayed here twice during a trip. Love love love Minn hotels. Roughly a 5 min. walk to Kasai station, close to convenience stores and right across a grocery store. Also roughly 6 min. walk away from the airport bus shuttle (Narita/Haneda) stop. Room itself was adequate - clean and had the basic amenities (minus dental kits & PJs that some other Japanese hotels provide. Got a room for 2 that would've fit 4 people which had enough wiggle room but would've cramped for 4. The hotel also offered luggage storage before and after check in which was convenient but your bags aren't watched 24/7. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Minor complaint would be how uncomfortable the pillows were but decent hotel for the price paid.
