My husband and I had stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed hotel facilities. Our room was perfect. Only thing I wanted to mention about the bellboy services, may need more training . When i got dropped off and arrived with two big luggages and ski bag, no one came out to help at all and also when we left to get on transfer. No one offered to help for luggages. So I wasn’t sure the purposes for them to just stand there.

Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. We found out during our check-in that the room given to my senior parents are too far for their comfort because they cannot walk so much, we in fact brought wheel chairs with us. The concierge doesn't want to change their room saying that its not possible because we booked in hotels.com. My parents were not happy. And when they arrived in their room, we found that the concierge accidentally switched the 3 bedroom room which supposedly for my kids to my parents. By that time my parents were tired from the walk. Later we found out that the 1 bedroom for my parents is even further. We had to complain, thankfully concierge changed my parents room to one that is closer but it was a downgrade because the room I paid for supposedly have a view of mount Yotei, this new room does not have a view at all. As for the ski area, theres a shuttle that comes around every 20mins to bring the beginner skiers to Dot Base. So if you are 1 min late , you'll have to wait 20mins. When we got there, the instructors are not in the Ace Quad Lift as was in the email & they're not wearing green, they're wearing blue & in the 2nd floor of building, you have to ask people around, guy at the counter said they get a lot of questions like that from setsu guest and told me to let Setsu concierge know and pointed the way, while the kids are all wearing their heavy gears with them. Their Italian resto melo milo is not good. their Luke's steak house is very good. Room is very complete, comfortable and clean.
