基本的に料理やお風呂は全く問題ないし。ただ、予約したのが最上階の部屋だったのに4階に通された。こちらも予約を改めて確認してなかったので、最上階で予約したのを忘れていたけど、帰りのチェックアウト前に改めて予約を確認した時に気づきました。謝罪とちょっとしたお菓子だけで、部屋代の差額分の返却などは無く、対応には大変不満が残りました。

ホテルが山の方に位置しているので部屋から街や飛騨川を見渡す事ができる。ただ交通手段は車で行った方が良い。街の観光や温泉を楽しみたい方ならあまりお勧め出来ないかも。

夫婦で初めて大江戸温泉を利用しました。私は、毎年ゴルフで大江戸伊勢を利用していますが伊勢と変わらず良かったです!妻も喜んでいました。また、別の大江戸温泉施設を利用したいと思っています。

ラウンジでは10時までアルコール、ソフトドリンクが飲み放題です。レストランのスタッフの接客はとても良かったが、入退室や個別注文の際ルームキーの確認がなく、精算の際、頼んでいないビールの請求がありました。間違った部屋番号を言っても、オーダーが通ってしまうので、気をつけてほしい。お風呂は掛け湯の場がなく、そのまま湯船につかる人もいて、残念。洗い場にはシャンプーなど、洗面にも化粧水やクレンジングなど用意してあるので、手ぶらでも大丈夫。

はじめて宿泊しました。スタッフはみなさん親切で、ラウンジのドリンクサービスも嬉しく、浴場もきれいでした。ただ、部屋の空気清浄機が使えませんでした。フィルターはカビだらけで、加湿器タンクが抜きとられてぃました。部屋は暑く乾燥して寝苦しかったです。楽しみにしていたブッフェも、時々微妙な味の物があり、残念でした。

フロント奥に生ビール含めたアルコール類、ソフトドリンクやアイスなどのフリードリンクコーナーは嬉しい設備です。部屋もリニューアル仕立てで清潔で広くて過ごしやすかったです。ただ、部屋に1人一本のウォータードリンクがあると嬉しいです。

大江戸温泉物語は、最高だけど今回雨降りで子寒くて外気温1７度で、けど部屋は冷房ガンガンでフロント尋ねたら暖房は無いそうでエアコン止めてたまたまジャンバー持っていってたので着て寒さをしのいだ。
