ホテルが山の方に位置しているので部屋から街や飛騨川を見渡す事ができる。ただ交通手段は車で行った方が良い。
街の観光や温泉を楽しみたい方ならあまりお勧め出来ないかも。

夫婦で初めて大江戸温泉を利用しました。私は、毎年ゴルフで大江戸伊勢を利用していますが伊勢と変わらず良かったです!妻も喜んでいました。また、別の大江戸温泉施設を利用したいと思っています。

お茶菓子も無下呂温泉は若い頃から何十回と行っていますが、昔から温泉に入る前に甘いお菓子を頂き、ゆっくり浸かるのが風流なのに、残念でした。
お湯もぎしぎしであれは下呂温泉の湯ではないです他の宿でもツルツル感があっても、ぎしぎし感は一度も有りませんでした、絶対にお湯♨️おかしいと思います。

ラウンジでは10時までアルコール、ソフトドリンクが飲み放題です。
レストランのスタッフの接客はとても良かったが、入退室や個別注文の際ルームキーの確認がなく、精算の際、頼んでいないビールの請求がありました。
間違った部屋番号を言っても、オーダーが通ってしまうので、気をつけてほしい。
お風呂は掛け湯の場がなく、そのまま湯船につかる人もいて、残念。
洗い場にはシャンプーなど、洗面にも化粧水やクレンジングなど用意してあるので、手ぶらでも大丈夫。

レストランのスタッフさんの対応良かったです。
お風呂は 部屋からバスタオルを持って行かないと無いので、お風呂にも置いて欲しいと思いました。

はじめて宿泊しました。スタッフはみなさん親切で、ラウンジのドリンクサービスも嬉しく、浴場もきれいでした。ただ、部屋の空気清浄機が使えませんでした。フィルターはカビだらけで、加湿器タンクが抜きとられてぃました。部屋は暑く乾燥して寝苦しかったです。楽しみにしていたブッフェも、時々微妙な味の物があり、残念でした。

フロント奥に生ビール含めたアルコール類、ソフトドリンクやアイスなどのフリードリンクコーナーは嬉しい設備です。
部屋もリニューアル仕立てで清潔で広くて過ごしやすかったです。
ただ、部屋に1人一本のウォータードリンクがあると嬉しいです。

とても良かったです。フリードリンクは(夜はアルコール)日ごろ飲まない私ですが、少しでも戴けたのがとても美味しかったです。

大江戸温泉物語は、最高だけど今回雨降りで子寒くて外気温1７度で、けど部屋は冷房ガンガンでフロント尋ねたら暖房は無いそうでエアコン止めてたまたまジャンバー持っていってたので着て寒さをしのいだ。

マンガコーナー、卓球台など楽しめました。
料理はビュッフェスタイルで質より量という方には良いと思いますがゆっくり美味しい料理を味わいたい方にひ向いていないと思いました。
