ちょっと古いホテルですね。テレビも小さいです。冷蔵庫があり、お茶を入れていたら凍りました。冷凍庫ですか？あれは？ベッドのスプリングも固く、寝づらかったです。でも駅近でも静かです。朝食は値段の割にしょぼいです。周りのホテルを見学されたらいいかと思います。新潟のホテルのレベルは高いので、がっかりしました。

古いので、全体的に暗いです。寝るだけなら…。
アメニティは最低限という感じで、お部屋もかなりコンパクト。古い為か鍵の抜き差しがスムーズにいかなかったです。

万代口から向かうと繁華街の少し先にあり、飲食店の間を抜けて来る感じです。
外からはホテル名が分かりにくいですが、お隣のホテルを目安に来れば、問題なし！
フロントはシンプルで、素早く対応していただけました。
室内が少し特徴的で、広々しておりベッドも大きくゆったり出来る。必要最低限のものは揃っていて、清掃も綺麗にされて、快適に過ごせました。音を気にされる方には、ちょっと向かないかも。
とにかく、このお値段で泊まれたのは非常に有り難かったです。機会があれば、また利用させていただきます！

建物は新しくはないが室内は清潔でした。廊下での話し声や隣のイビキはしっかり聞こえ眠りを妨げます。スタッフの方はよい人が多いです。値段が安い分これくらいはしょうがないのでしょう。朝食は美味しかった。学生の団体がいましたが、団体なら食事の時間を教えて欲しい！一緒になってゆっくり食事もできない。またチェックイン時に名前を間違えられており軽いトラブル。名前を間違えるのはいかがなものか？謝罪の1つもなく謝罪くらいしてもバチは当たらんだろ。
まー値段相応でまーいいかな。

宿泊料金の安さ、室内の内容、十分でした。
1点だけ、少し寒かったので部屋のエアコン（暖房）を使ったんですが、冷房だったような気がします。スイッチには冷暖房と書いてありスイッチを入れてもどちらの風がでているのかわかりませんでした。冷たく感じたのですぐに切りました。

駅から近く、建物は古いですが清潔に保たれています。
入浴剤やコーヒーのサービスも嬉しいですし、女性が頂けるスキンケアセットもクオリティが良いです。
ランドリーも設置されており、洗剤も受付で頂けます。
一つお願い出来るのであれば、ランドリーの乾燥機に衣類が残っていないか確認出来るように踏み台が欲しいのと、洗濯物を畳む長机があると助かります。

駐車場について、どこかに書いてあったのかもしれませんが気づかず、無料と思ってホテルに着いたら有料とのことで、サービス４点はそれが理由です。
特に問題なく、料金も安く、助かりました。
遠距離ドライブで当初日帰りのつもりが、せっかくなので新潟の旨い酒と料理をと思って急遽一泊することになりましたが、そういった店が多いエリアへも徒歩数分で便利でした。
