建物自体は古いけど清掃が行き届いていて気持ちよく宿泊できました。フロントスタッフも親切、無料コーヒーサービスも嬉しかったし､朝食も安価で美味しかった！また新潟に行く時はここを選ぶかな。

駅から近く、建物は古いですが清潔に保たれています。
入浴剤やコーヒーのサービスも嬉しいですし、女性が頂けるスキンケアセットもクオリティが良いです。
ランドリーも設置されており、洗剤も受付で頂けます。
一つお願い出来るのであれば、ランドリーの乾燥機に衣類が残っていないか確認出来るように踏み台が欲しいのと、洗濯物を畳む長机があると助かります。

駐車場について、どこかに書いてあったのかもしれませんが気づかず、無料と思ってホテルに着いたら有料とのことで、サービス４点はそれが理由です。
特に問題なく、料金も安く、助かりました。
遠距離ドライブで当初日帰りのつもりが、せっかくなので新潟の旨い酒と料理をと思って急遽一泊することになりましたが、そういった店が多いエリアへも徒歩数分で便利でした。

清潔で駅が近くスタッフの皆さんもとても対応が良いです。気持ちよく宿泊出来ます。
ランドリーも洗剤を無料で頂けるので助かりました。また傘の貸し出しがあったり、入浴剤やコーヒーを頂けたりとありがたいサービスがありました。

部屋がもう少し(1畳程)広いと良いなと感じました。また、椅子に背もたれがあると良かったです。
Wi-Fi無料、ベッドの寝心地、駅近、良質のシャンプー、スタッフの対応等々良く、気持ち良く過ごせて感謝の次第です。
また新潟市に宿泊の機会あれば利用したいと思います。

新潟での会合に参加し、夜寝るだけの宿泊でした。駅が近くでも静かな宿。唯一、風呂の湯が屡々下がってシャワーをしっかり使えなかったのが残念です。
