The girls that work the front desk were wonderful. They went above and beyond to get us settled in and to help send our luggage ahead anything we asked they were very helpful. Rooms were very nice. Location was great especially if you wanted to see that the atomic bomb and the peace park highly recommend this hotel.

The reception is on the 14th floor. Staff are mixed with some very friendly and some indifferent and shouldn’t be working in hospitality. The cleanliness is fine although far too much bleach is used the problem is with state of the bedrooms with numerous (too many to count) stains on carpets and headboards. It’s quite frankly appalling for any hotel but especially one purporting to be of 4 stars. N.B. we’re not blaming the cleaners here but questioning the managements inability to check rooms. The team and hotel lack generosity and penny pinch at every opportunity. You are given a drinks voucher at check - please note this is for a half a small beer or a half measure 75ml of wine in a plastic cup. N.B. The hotel charges for changing of sheets. We also noted that the restaurant is doesn’t accept bookings for dinner but when you turn up all the tables/slots have been reserved. The standard of bathrooms and and bedding was average. Without question the worst hotel we’ve been too in years and certainly the worst in Japan.

This is a boutique hotel. The rooftop bar and lobby have a nice view and a great vibe. The bar closes a bit early at 11pm. The hotel breakfast is very good at the trend restaurant on the street level. The rooms are very small, but overall the hotel is worth it for a couple days.

Great location, great view, and great service! We skipped the breakfast (too expensive) and the free drink tickets weren't worth using (limited menu of low-quality beverages), but those were extras. A great location close to the Peace Park. There is a 7-11 across the street which is a great place to get reasonably priced meals. The ferry to Miyajima is also a close walk. The complimentary drink menu was pretty limited (draft beer, red/white wine, lemon sour, sparkling wine & soft drinks). We upgraded to the king bed rooms which were nice and had a great view.

We stayed at this hotel from March 16–20 as a family of five. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few downsides. When we arrived in Hiroshima around 6 PM, the hotel parking was already full and cost about 3000 yen per night. Luckily, we found nearby parking that was much cheaper. The reception is on the 14th floor next to the bar, and they provide a free drink voucher for each night of your stay. However, there is no daily housekeeping unless you stay more than 3 nights—otherwise, they only replace towels. Amenities were limited (toothbrush set, cotton pads, q-tips, coffee/creamer/sugar). Our room on the 7th floor was spacious enough for five people, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The toilet had no ventilation, so bringing a spray is helpful. Water pressure was decent. Trash wasn’t removed daily, and no extra pajamas or slippers were provided. There’s also no phone in the room, so you have to go to the 14th floor if you need assistance. The TV had only about 8 channels and no Netflix. Laundry is on the 2nd floor with 6 washer/dryer combos (500 yen per cycle, 100 yen extra for drying). Breakfast on the 1st floor was excellent. You can choose from options like omelet, scrambled eggs, sunny-side up, salmon, or an acai bowl (2800 yen), with a buffet included. You can also do the luggage transfer Yamato to the airport and staff will assist you to do that. Pick up is twice per day AM/PM.
