广岛结酒店

我在酒店住了5晚，不推薦 地點：就新原爆圓頂，十分鐘路程 服務：沒有服務可言， check-in時服務員拒絕說話，擺出一副想離開的嘴臉，不明白她需要我做什麼又不說話，過程不愉快 房間舒適度：不舒適，差勁的床褥另人每天腰酸背痛，床褥被使用到中心凹陷，接待處也沒能提供任何幫助。另外，房間的收拾水平令人無奈，例如沒有紙巾不補充，過咗啦新毛巾放在廁所板上。不過，房間聲音阻隔做得很好。 早餐：沒有和式早餐，西式早餐性價比低

good location

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in over ten years of traveling to Japan. I stayed from August 8–13. At check-in, the staff said I could schedule one full room cleaning. I chose August 11, and it was written on my key card sleeve. Aug 9: Only the bin was emptied. Bagged recyclables placed beside it were ignored. Aug 10: Same issue—only the bin cleared, while two days’ worth of bagged trash and recyclables remained. When I asked, the front desk only replied that housekeeping removes trash inside the bin, offering no help. Aug 11: At 11:30 a.m. I returned to find only the bin emptied and towels changed. I complained, and the front desk promised full cleaning later. That night, still nothing. When I complained again, they admitted housekeeping cleaned the wrong room. As an apology, they offered either an upgrade to a larger room or extra drink/snack coins. Both were meaningless—after three nights with luggage unpacked, moving was inconvenient, and we don’t drink. I refused both and asked for trash removal and a proper cleaning the next day. Aug 12: The room was finally cleaned. But another problem: a package delivered to the hotel showed “signed for,” yet the front desk said it was never received. Even at checkout, it was still missing. After this, I will never book or recommend any hotel operated by this company. Staff training and service quality must be seriously improved.

I like my view of the room

飯店位於本通等市中心的吃喝玩樂近，廣島城、紙鶴塔、和平公園、原爆圓頂皆在附近步行遊覽；另回國到市公車中心搭機場巴士走路拉行李僅10分鐘的直線距離。飯店 KnotHour代幣免費在頂樓酒吧兌換各式飲品及點心並欣賞夜景。

CP值超高

The attitude of the Japanese female receptionists at the hotel was generally poor. Despite two of us checking in, we were only given one room key. When we asked for an additional one, the receptionist clearly looked displeased and mentioned a 3,000-yen fee if the key was lost. Daily cleaning required an extra charge, yet the carpet had large, visible stains. The staff responsible for replacing towels and collecting trash each day didn’t do their job properly. For the price we paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

Superbly small room, without working table. Only 1 day cleaning service for my 5 days stay. Ask the guest to pickup the items downstairs by themselves.

The hotel staff are nice and friendly, rooftop bar is chilled. Everything here is tidy and clean

頂樓酒吧出入複雜，連續住宿房間沒有協助整潔，只單純換毛巾及垃圾桶，早餐選擇性偏低，沒有中式或日式早餐 ，希望飯店能針對連續住宿加強環境清理

環境乾淨,早餐好吃,服務人員親切,地點也很方便!!

Great boutique hotel with good sized bedrooms (somewhat more basic bathrooms and shower) and excellent breakfasts. The restaurant is fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Excellent value and great location.

The Knot is a boutique hotel that has an amazing reception area. The rooms are good but cramped. I do enjoy that it's very close to Peace Park and Hondori. We walked everywhere! What I didn't like was that our shower was clogged. When we took a shower, the water pooled by our feet. We did have an amazing view. We didn't avail the breakfast as it was pricey in our opinion.
