金山駅から少し離れておりとても静かで快適でした。隣との壁が少し薄いかもですが‥ 部屋全体も綺麗に清掃されておりお風呂も広めです。皆さんの口コミを見て浴室乾燥がついている事をしり、荷物を減らす事ができました。洗濯物は朝にはしっかり乾いていました。無人ですが全く問題ありませんでした。機会があれば又利用したいです。

よかった点は、キッチンで自炊ができたこと、ビジネスホテルのように洗濯機の取り合いにならずに済んだこと、居室の壁や照明が綺麗だった。海外のグループ客を見つけたが、とくに騒音はなかった。不満に感じたことは、お風呂の床がヌルヌルしていて臭かったことと、玄関を開けた瞬間から前泊者の食べ物の匂いなのか、強烈な悪臭が気になった。換気しても効果が出ず、洗面所の下を開けたところから悪臭が放たれていたので清掃をお願いしたいと思った。悪い点があるが、価格的にもお得だし、立地も良かったため、香りとお風呂の床が善処されることを祈ります。お部屋によるかもしれませんが。

駐車場が施設の斜め前にありますが、そこではなく、その駐車場のさらに斜め後ろの方が安いのでおすすめです。キッチンは狭かったですが、ちょっとした料理には便利だと思います。バスタオルはありますが、パジャマや歯ブラシ、箸がないので持ってきた方が良いです。パンフレットにアメニティ書いてあるので確認した方が良いです。

좀 좁긴 하지만 깨끗하고 쾌적해요. 단점이라면 배수구 쪽에서 약간 하수도 냄새가 올라오는데 그것만 개선해주셨으면 좋겠네요.
