Staff were amazing and so friendly, the hotel was immaculate and always staff cleaning. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Food all amazing quality and great places to eat. Pools were amazing and so big! Love to come back again! The rooms were gorgeous as well!

Certainly not five star more like three or four. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and is the only reason it could be four star but generally three star because the food is the same everyday. surprisingly you have to pay extra for shellfish seafood even on all inclusive package which I find strange as a coastal hotel and access to an ocean full of crabs and prawns.

Great location. Not the friendliest staff when we visited, and the resort could do with a little more TLC in places, but a pleasant stay regardless. But we had a wonderful time. The Valentine's special was a rip off considering it was 90% the same food as the all-inclusive menu we had already paid for.

Service and friendliness was top notch. We had a few issues with the room being ready for us on arrival but this was remedied and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. They catered to our two 8month old twins with each meal and provided plenty of gluten free options for me.
