I had a wonderful stay at Southern Palms Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and very well organized. The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located on the stunning Diani Beach.
My Oceanfront Deluxe room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, spotless, and with incredible views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the resort and the beautiful beachfront.
A special thank you goes to Regina, my Guest Experience Assistant, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She assisted with my check-in and went above and beyond to arrange several incredible experiences for me. Regina organized an amazing private dinner on the beach, which was beautifully set up and absolutely magical. She also helped arrange a fantastic beach cabana experience and a jet ski activity, which were highlights of my visit.
The entire staff at the resort was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and you can tell the team takes great pride in providing a great guest experience. Zakia, who is AMAZING, was my attendant for my cabana. I had an equally great attendant for my Dinner on the Beach.
I highly recommend Southern Palms Resort to anyone visiting Diani Beach. It’s a beautiful property with excellent service and unforgettable Indian ocean views.

Das Hotel war sehr, sehr schön! Eine wirklich große und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer waren auch schön. Vielleicht nicht alles top in Schuss wie zum Beispiel die klemmenden Vorhänge oder die Balkontüren, aber nichts was unseren schönen Urlaub gemindert hätte!
Das Personal war auch wirklich total lieb und immer freundlich. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder her kommen :)

The beach was breathtaking, with its powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-notch service with their kindness, courtesy, and attention to detail.
We especially loved the evening tea time, which offered an incredible array of savory and sweet treats catering to diverse tastes. The variety of food options was impressive, and we appreciated the effort to accommodate different ethnic dietary needs.

Service and friendliness was top notch. We had a few issues with the room being ready for us on arrival but this was remedied and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. They catered to our two 8month old twins with each meal and provided plenty of gluten free options for me.

Our stay at southern palms resort was nothing short of amazing! The resort is beautiful with big pools and is located right at the beach front. Our room was big and spacious always kept neat by our lovely housekeeper Veronica. The staff at the hotel are such lovely genuine people. Everyone made us feel right at home, starting from the manager daisy who even gave us her personal contact to call her if we needed anything at any time. Elisha the bartender at the beach bar kept our drinks flowing and made sure to have conversation with each person sitting at the bar. The food was fantastic. I must recommend the bbq restaurant which had a wide selection for us meat lovers.
I will definitely visit again soon!

The property is nice with good food options for vegetarians. However, it needs some renovation as the rooms and washroom fittings are pretty old. During our stay, they started painting the outer walls of the building that was a bit inconvenient.

Great place to stay. I liked the food and the staff, very friendly. However, the local vendors can be a little aggressive and intimidating. They had events nightly on the resort so really no need to leave resort. Ran into some minor issue with Wi-Fi and room selections. Overall I would definitely return, minus the bees and flies.

Property needs some love. Showing signs of wear and tear. Rooms very average. Comfortable but definitely needs to be spruced up.
Beach is very clean and safe. Had a great time.
Food options. Lots of Indian cuisine. Got tired of it after a couple of days. Not much seafood. Please add more international choices in the Buffett

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, angenehm empfanden wir es in der Nebensaison hier gewesen zu sein, das Hotel ist wohl bei (Indischen) Hochzeiten sehr beliebt und bei knapp 250 Zimmer will ich mir den Trubel gar nicht vorstellen. Aber eine tolle Anlage, alles sehr freundlich, das Hotel wird laufend in Stand gehalten und ist sehr sauber, Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Beachboys am Strand nerven ein wenig, romantischer Spaziergang am Strand ist hier nicht ;-)
