Your Staff should be commended on their fabulous customer service skills and their outstanding professionalism. My registration was flawless and Enjoyable thanks to the wonderful gal that registered me. The staff at the breakfast were helpful caring and professional . And we got to share a few jokes together. I would definitely recommend your establishment to my friends and should I ever make it back I will definitely return to the art roma hotel.

Beautiful hotel spoiled by miserable, petty staff. The rooms are a good size, and everything is very clean and tidy. Upon check-in, we were greeted by the receptionist, who was possibly one of the most miserable people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. Upon checkout, I paid the minibar bill, as expected. I was sent a link for a packet of nuts that they mistakenly did not include in the bill, which meant I had to then go and pay manually for an amount of €3.90. Understandably this amount was owed, however, extremely petty. I shall stay in Promenades hotel next time I’m in Liepaja - they are much more professional.
