Beautiful hotel spoiled by miserable, petty staff.
The rooms are a good size, and everything is very clean and tidy.
Upon check-in, we were greeted by the receptionist, who was possibly one of the most miserable people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet.
Upon checkout, I paid the minibar bill, as expected. I was sent a link for a packet of nuts that they mistakenly did not include in the bill, which meant I had to then go and pay manually for an amount of €3.90. Understandably this amount was owed, however, extremely petty.
I shall stay in Promenades hotel next time I’m in Liepaja - they are much more professional.

This is one of the most interesting and original hotels that I've stayed in. The rooms are very individual, quite large, and beautifully furnished. Everything works perfectly. The staff are excellent, friendly and multilingual. There are a number of dining options around, breakfast is included, and there is a nice coffee house and bakery in the same complex. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Liepaja.
