Amazing stay at Banyon tree. Could not fault this hotel. All staff so friendly & helpful. Our 1st room was near elevator & we heard a constant thump. Staff were very appologetic & we were moved to a different room the next day which was quiet. Room is huge & incredible. Bed was super comfortable & the warm pool was very relaxing. Large beautiful bathroom with great amenities replaced twice daily. Excellent double shower,smart toilet & cedar tub. Belon was excellent for breakfast & dinner. The only issue was the egg station- some days the eggs were pre-made so not very good. Indoor pool & outdoor pool for Banyan Tree guests only were both great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the most luxurious hotels we've stayed in - starting with the essential oils customized every day to the relaxation pool, dual headed rain shower and soaking tub in our room. The wave pool/beach was a huge hit with the kids. We stayed one night but would have loved to extend. Everything was beyond excellent including the service. Thoughtful details throughout.

Everything about our stay was great from start to finish. Initially, there was a leak in our room which kept us up all night. The next day I spoke to the staff and immediately we were given an upgrade to a beautiful suite. Service was very timely and professional. Hotel was beautiful and food was lovely.

The hotel is great. Everything is almost as perfect as it should be. Except 2 things, for a hotel opened in 2011, the mantainence team is not doing a great job. Secondly, if you are using the gym, it has very few resistance training equipment and the gym’s air conditioning is quiet bad. Other than these minor setbacks, it is still a great hotel. Considering what they provide. A solid 4.8/5
