The staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious. Our room was upgraded to a sea view room. They have a mini playground for kids inside the restaurant. It made my kids very happy. The location was very near to the ferry terminal. You can just walk from the hotel to the terminal.

Overall the stay was great. The room was clean and view was great. The staff in general were nice. Did loose my neck pillow with a brand new down jacket inside. Last saw it on the luggage trolley before I checked in. Asked the front desk but they did not find it either. Was rather a bummer since I had it all the way on my long trip until this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff in concierge that store bags. I think the lovely gentlemen’s name is Richard. He helped us with our bags to the ferry as our taxi didn’t turn up. The hotel looks abandoned. It’s a massive property, the checkin staff are rude, speak minimal English and are a waste of time to deal with. They need to learn what professionalism is when dealing with customers. I booked a suite and it was given dirty with ex guests hair in the bathroom. The room was nice. But it’s a really weird hotel. Quite creepy. Breakfast was the worst. Stale black coffee, eggs pre made, it was hard to ask to have eggs made with how I wanted it. Mainly Asian food, lack lustre food. Tables not cleaned. So many issues. Please stay at the Sands or the “The Rocks”, or Harbourview hotel which is 3-4 minutes walk from legends hotel. Their restaurants are much nicer.

I’ve forgot my jumper Burberry in the room and the staff said their cleaner couldn’t see any but I’m 100% sure only time the jumper was taken out is in the room. I think if you forget things in this hotel don’t expect you can get it back

Room was in excellent condition. Super clean and large as we got upgraded to a suite. Only downside was the balcony view as it overlooked other rooms. Staff were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and provided excellent service.
