The staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious. Our room was upgraded to a sea view room. They have a mini playground for kids inside the restaurant. It made my kids very happy. The location was very near to the ferry terminal. You can just walk from the hotel to the terminal.

I'm a fussy sleeper, so I'm pleased to say i slept VERY well on their bed. Breakfast was great, a good variety of fruits and salads at the breakfast bar. Staff are just lovely! Amenities are very good. Nice pool, gym looks good, but I didn't use it. Place feels friendly and relaxed, unlike the top rated places , where foot traffic is crazy!

This hotel has a lot of luxury. Room size is huge and decor is very beautiful reminding me of an antique style hotel in Rome but this hotel was built in 2017. You can press a button to open/close drapes, and control different lightings. We love the bathroom with intercom. The wall has nice soft color picture frame molding and furniture is of high quality. Staff are very friendly. We stayed in this room for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

All staffs are very polite and helpful.
Ivan, in particular, in hospitality, not only helped us with luggage storage after we checked out, also gave very helpful advice regarding the best mode of transport to various places we wanted to visit on our last day in Macau and then back to the hotel to pick up our luggages before heading back to border control.
He even got out of the hotel in order to point out to us where to get the.direct bus.

Hotel lacked atmosphere, breakfast was terrible, our balcony doors couldn't be locked. Rooms were nice enough and staff were quite helpful & friendly but they couldn't get us a taxi when we needed to go somewhere and we noticed they had a lot of vehicles outside so not sure why there wasn't a shuttle operating around the area like other hotels had. Was surprised to see the hotel only opened a few years ago as decor appeared dated.

Hotel does not look amazing from the outside but the interior and room is quite good. Room is quite large and well maintained.
However, there is a smoky smell from the central air conditioning. Suspect that other guests are smoking in their non smoking room. Do not know if the hotel is able to perform any enforcement on that.
Breakfast is good with semi buffet arrangement. Service is good and everyone is very friendly.
