I chose this hotel because i knew that the location is in the center of Bukit Bintang. But as soon as i came to the lobby, it was so smelly and being under construction. They only have one elevator that looked old. The room was okay, but many things could have been better. I got no kettle in room (turned out that i should asked for it), tv didn’t work, and the sheets didn’t really clean. The bathroom was also really small and the exhaust fan didn’t work. It made the floor didn’t get dry all day. The bottom of the sink was so dirty. The water heater was working but didn’t get really hot. At night, you got a live music from the street until midnight. It wasn’t a soundproofed room, so you could hear it clearly. Thankfully I didn’t stay for too long so i still could endure the journey. But the staff was friendly and really helpful (even though you couldn’t order or deliver through the lobby-have to get the stuff by yourself).

The hotel's strategic location is close to delicious and viral places to eat in Bukit Bintang. The hotel staff are also quite friendly, but the only thing lacking is the room, the mattress is not soft enough and it seems a bit noisy from the sound of the AC. Overall, it's good for that price.

for those who can rest well even though there is live music, the sound of people walking, talking, etc., it is very suitable. But if you need to sleep in a quiet condition and not much noise, then this hotel is not suitable. So far so good, only the room is not soundproof, street music that starts at 21.00 and ends at 00.30 and the bed (mattress).
