It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the size was right, the facilities were complete, the service was friendly, and it was close to places to eat. If I go to Malaysia, I will come back to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff 🙏

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is full of murottal every day. The hotel is clean and fragrant, the CS is also friendly, every day the room is cleaned, the sheets are changed, the towels are also changed. It's great, the plus is that this hotel is close to many viral places in KL, and close to Alor Street, Bukit Bintang, just walking distance.

Very happy because it's cheap and very close to Pudu Sentral so it's easy to go everywhere. Want to stay here again because the staff is very friendly!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They even offered their breakfast program, which was really cheap at only RM 7/day. You can also request a hairdryer from the staff at the lobby for free. The location is great too, right in front of Pudu bus terminal. I took a bus there to Genting and it was super easy and convenient. But the hallway and elevator are a bit narrow, and the toilet flush was not very strong. But overall, I would definitely stay here again. Recommended for tourist 🤍 (btw there’s a tourism tax for RM 10/night)

It's nice because it's close to everywhere and the service is friendly. But unfortunately, the bathroom is very small and smells like a sewage tank and urine because the bathroom window is open, so it seems like the smell of urine comes from outside.

Friendly staff, enthusiastic support, housekeeping staff always asked if I needed anything in the room. Reception staff always helped when I borrowed something. Convenient location near the train station but not exactly central. Room is a bit small but okay. Should leave 2 pairs of slippers in the twin room. In the photo, we put the bed close together haha. The only downside is probably the poor soundproofing, at night I hear a lot of noisy motorbikes. Oh, the air conditioner is a bit dusty so clean it more carefully.

The staff (receptionist, welcome guy, ìndian houseskeeping and chef guys) are very nice and supportive
But, there is no soundroof, impacted on our sleeps
The shower water is not clear with yellow color
The wifi connection is very very weak and is dropped every 5mins

The hotel is located right across from Pudu Sentral - bus station and close to LRT Plaza Rakyat.
Easy to find food around the hotel, even until midnight.
In terms of price, it is appropriate.
Drinking water refills are available, so you can save money.

No refrigerator, hair dryer had to be borrowed from the front desk, public iron placed in the hallway. No request for housekeeping, confirmed with the cleaner and hung a Do Not Disturb sign but the staff still came in to clean???? The housekeeping staff here are men so I was very shy about coming in to clean the room (I am a female tenant). They cleaned some things on my desk because they thought it was trash, but it was my paper, and I didn't want to throw it away.

The staff is very helpful but truthfully in my opinion this hotel is not ready for operate yet or because the renovation is rushed as soon as possible.
First of all I choose this hotel because the good review I saw, but never imagine I would end up this way.
For my fellow light sleeper, for the sake of your mental and body health please avoid this hotel. Because the room’s soundproof from my room and especially from the window area is very bad. At night when the environment is quiet, there is many sound from motorcycle exhaust that reach my room. And it was very bad, because the sound is loud as if we sleep in the middle of moto GP, and it not just one or five or ten times, but thorough the night and you cannot predict when it coming. For me as a light sleeper this condition is very bad, maybe for you that easily sleep this condition will not bothers you guys at all. Aside of that the AC too from time to time will produce some sound that quite interfering my sleep as well.
I supposed to be stay at this hotel for 5 nights, but because of the issue above I finally give up on the second night, and choose to move to another place for the sake of my sleep quality in this holiday. On top of that the water heater in my room is not working and there is a cockroach as big as my thumb in the room, the staff kindly assist me to catch the roach but unable to fulfill my request to move to another room for the issues I experienced. I know its a budget hotel from the price and kind of expecting the water heater and cockroach issues, but for me the deal breaker is from the moto GP sound that reached my room clearly throughout the night.
