The reception and staff service very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable, nice view, food is delicious and the pool is awesome. Of course, the location was perfect near KL Sentral. For the WiFi little slow, Overall great stay and recommended!

It's near to the business location, and KL center station if you missed the pickup. The room is clean, comfortable and I can still do my work from a desk there with wifi. The food is very delicious with various menu including the local. The reception service also very helpful and friendly.

Staffs friendly and helpful
No hotel airport transfer car available. Only executive taxi. I find this a little inconvenience. Luckily Grab pre-book is easy.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the train station. However, I mostly used Grab. The swimming pool and gym were very modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Malaysian food. I was very satisfied overall.

Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Very convenient whether you are using public transportation or taxi/Grab. One disappointment was that there is no way to walk to the Botanical Gardens even though you can see them just across the expressway. A minor quibble.

Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!)
Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc)
The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a major issue!

Hotel was lovely, enjoyed the lounge, great views, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Occasionally the key card had issues in the elevator but wasn't a big deal. Hotel is right off KL Sentral station making it super convenient to get to and from airport and around KL.
