I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near the city centre and Pavilion KL, it offers easy access to nearby attractions. I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is perfectly placed near the city centre and the Pavilion KL, which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. The accommodation was clean and comfy, and the whole ambiance was soothing. A particular thank you to Manoj, Hafiz, and Baljeet for the warm and cheerful welcome upon arrival, as well as the reservation team for their excellent support and assistance throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Have frequented this hotel every time we went to KL as the location and staff made us feel very comfortable. My husband and daughter had to check out earlier, the staff made sure both of them had packed breakfast (this was very much appreciated by them). Hope to continue to stay here again in the future (12/9 & 15/9).

I checked in 2 days ago for a vacation stay with 2 kids. The hotel is excellent for a stay, tidy, clean, and it is a business hotel. The location is good, there is a convenience store, McDonald's just a few steps from the hotel building. Breakfast meals are good taste and various, you can have Indian food and Chinese food. The staff is also friendly, the chef is so friendly and willing to serve when we asked for his favor to make a sunny-side-up egg and omelet. The reception staff is polite and helpful. Will stay again in the future when back to Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent. Easy to book Grab, taxi, also near to Twin Tower, Suria KLCC, Pavilion by Grab only RM 7. Cheap. The price is OK lah as long as we get good service and satisfaction. Thank you.

This was my first time staying at a 3-star hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast were at least 4-star. Furthermore, the hotel is located not far from the city center, which is a great convenience.

This hotel is close to Bukit Bintang, KLCC Petronas Tower and China Town. Good breakfast, nice front desk, and convenient. McDonalds next door and Convenient store. I recommend this hotel and will be back next time

Absolutely terrible hotel rooms where extremely low quality and extremely dirty. At checking in was asked to pay 120 tax and 100 deposit neither of which was mentioned anywhere during booking in. First day of arrival and no water at all. When asked advised there was a burst pipe and no eta was given. When water did come extremely low pressure next to none in the evenings . Breakfast was ok till I found mould on the pastry. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Also when checking out Ms Yvette accused me of not paying hotel tax and asking me to pay again. When I explained that I had paid she went to see CCTV and said she was unable to view as the person in charge was not available and finally gave me my deposit back . A extremely poor experience.
