We stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Queen Room. The room is quite compact. The location is super, located across The Top Penang Komtar and Prangin Mall. Moreover, you can walk to Kimberly night market, very convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, including the housekeeping staff. Especially the security guard was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close by to many good foods and restaurants, as it is located at the Kimberley night street. Short walking distance to Chowrasta Market, Chulia night street. Definitely will stay here again on the next visit on November 2024. Thanks to all Kimberley Hotel's staff.

The room is clean, the hairdryer is available. The silent ambiance of the hotel supports the rest very well inside the room. The refill water dispenser was my favorite part of this hotel. This is my 3rd visit and I love to come back and stay here. Keep it up, Team Kimberley! Happy New Year 2024!

Good hotel, friendly staff. We were allowed to store our suitcases after check-out. Thank you. Our bed covers and towels were changed daily. It's a good idea to lock your suitcases when leaving the room. This hotel is very nice and worth visiting. I hope to return to this hotel.

Close to the terminal, Penang's culinary center, and heritage sites, all within walking distance. The hotel's location is not recommended for elderly people using wheelchairs due to narrow roads. The staff is less than helpful when guests encounter difficulties, such as a malfunctioning TV, but no assistance is offered.

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but the hotel room was very small and not spacious, also they didn't provide mineral water in each room, so we had to go out and buy at the convenience store
however the hotel location was good, cause there's a lot of food stall nearby the hotel

5 days before I wanted to check in, I called the hotel to inform the need for adjoining rooms and needed 1 large bed room & 1 single bed room, remarks in the booking were also written. The day before check in, my husband also called the hotel and a staff named Logesh (Indian girl) informed me to ask for it during check in.
When I arrived at the counter, I was given 2 beds with queen beds. I had informed repeatedly before check in.
The room space was also quite narrow and there was no difference between rooms with windows or not.
This is the last time I will stay at this hotel and will look for another hotel.
