I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was good — the room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable and relaxing.

My go to place, very clean and very comfortable. A lot of eateries downstairs, and a few mini markets to get supplies. Bars are nearby too. Never had the opportunity to try out their Cocoa themed cafe since I usually leave very early in the morning.

Nice to stay, and very comfortable room.

Convenient because many food shops around the area.

The room looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Surely will stay again soon.

I need a room on the top floor, 13th floor😍 The view is so beautiful, you can heal yourself by looking at the hustle and bustle of the city 🤣 The swimming pool on the top floor, 13A, I managed to go swimming at night, it was really fun.. You can enjoy the view from the pool too.. I took the studio suite room, but the room is really big.. It can fit 5-6 people.. There is a kitchen so you can cook🥹 lurvee, I will repeat it later!!!

arrived late a night. called in advanced about airport transfer back and fourth. the hotel management provide it for free! its a big bonus for me & my husband. the staff are friendly. the room spacey and comfortable. they provide 4 pillow. the shower working well. bathroom slipper, toothbrush, amenities provided. nothing I can complain about my short stay here. good for sleep over and near airport.

First of all, when you enter the room, the atmosphere is very calm. It feels safe when you are in the room. It is very spacious and the space for prayer is very comfortable. The breakfast is also good. There are many different menus and it tastes delicious. I like the coffee machine the most, there is umpphh people say. next time if there is another outstation to Kota Kinabalu, you can repeat to sit there again. The mosque is also close.

It was great! I can spend a whole day staying in this hotel without going out. All is perfect, with complete facilities. There is also a vcd player. I don't have to go to the cinema, only buying a rm5 cd and then enjoy the movie all night. Will definitely going back to this hotel. Good services! Also, the price is so affordable. Clean and tidy. Super super pretty place to stay! I love everything about this place. The room got a very nice ambiance, super clean, comfortable, spacious, and the bed is very soft. The staff were very warm too! Their pool is open until 9pm which is nice because usually hotel pools only open until 7pm. I rate it 100/10, recommended to stay! ❤️

Promenade has always been my hotel of choice when in Kota Kinabalu due to its strategic location. Ambiance is great and much has been done to upgrade the facilities at Promenade. For me, it's home away from home.
