Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

Clean room, standard amnesties. Breakfast was good as many choices available to pick. Parking is free complimentary from the hotel which is very economic for the pocket. Apart from that long queue was seen during peak hour on the weekend for check in. Anyway, it was one of my fav hotel list that I am sure to stay there again.

I was supposed to take the other hotel with similar name in the city. However, I had no regret at all. The room is quite spacious, as seen in the pics in the internet, equipped with living room, dining room, kithen island with hob (though I didn't have time to use one), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dining cutleries, drinkable tap water, and washing+drying machine. Recommended fot those traveling with family.

My first time staying here. Very clean and comfortable room. Near to klcc. My only comment is to improve their wifi service on every floors. Really hope the hotel can take this into consideration as many people complaint already on the wifi. Definitely will come back on my second visit.

THE FACE Suites Hotel (Previously known as The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur)
Our 5-night stay in a two-bedroom unit was pleasant. The breakfast menu was great, the room was neat and clean, and the location in the city center made it easy to access everywhere. The infinity pool and its view from the skydeck were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
