Easy check-in and check-out process, and also strategic location close to KLCC, the road to KLCC is very close and safe and comfortable. There is also a facility to store luggage before check-in time is allowed. The location is easy to find because it is close to Crowne Plaza, eateries, there is also a Bila-Bila Mart. I recommend this hotel/apartment for bringing the family. The swimming pool is also nice and enjoyable for children. The facilities available in the room are also complete. Clean room, standard amnesties. Breakfast was good as many choices available to pick. Parking is free complimentary from the hotel which is very economic for the pocket. Apart from that long queue was seen during peak hour on the weekend for check in. Anyway, it was one of my fav hotel list that I am sure to stay there again.

Alhamdulillah the first day of staying here, overall everything was fun. The room was clean and complete. The location is close to everywhere. The staff is nice and what we like the most is that the facilities are all still functioning well. Hopefully in the future they will continue to maintain all the facilities well.

I had the most pleasant experience staying here- the time flies very fast. the cleanest and the best well equipped hotel ever- two TV's and special pool for the kids. the staff also was very helpful and we got a free shuttle service to KLCC also. good experience and definitely will come again.

My first time staying here. Very clean and comfortable room. Near to klcc. My only comment is to improve their wifi service on every floors. Really hope the hotel can take this into consideration as many people complaint already on the wifi. Definitely will come back on my second visit.

I quite like this place. Clean and friendly service. Got lift at this hotel. Can use grabcar go bati caves temple and genting bus station (gombak). Can walk to royal selangor. Got shopping mall and a lot shoplot. Got night market from Wednesday until Sunday.
