Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). Hotel room is very spacious and clean; it has all the necessities you need. We had an extra bed in our room and there is still a lot of space left. Very satisfied with our stay, a big plus for us is unlimited water bottles which meant we didn’t have to bring back water bottles to the room and that was awesome! Walking distance and it’s covered bridge to 1 Utama mall which is soo huge and literally has everything you need. Will be back again for sure.
