Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

Clean room, standard amnesties. Breakfast was good as many choices available to pick. Parking is free complimentary from the hotel which is very economic for the pocket. Apart from that long queue was seen during peak hour on the weekend for check in. Anyway, it was one of my fav hotel list that I am sure to stay there again.

I was supposed to take the other hotel with similar name in the city. However, I had no regret at all. The room is quite spacious, as seen in the pics in the internet, equipped with living room, dining room, kithen island with hob (though I didn't have time to use one), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dining cutleries, drinkable tap water, and washing+drying machine. Recommended fot those traveling with family.

I had the most pleasant experience staying here- the time flies very fast. the cleanest and the best well equipped hotel ever- two TV's and special pool for the kids. the staff also was very helpful and we got a free shuttle service to KLCC also. good experience and definitely will come again.

For me, with its cheap price, and its location, can't ask for more. If you stay here make sure ask for Lake View room, splendid view from your balcony. Eventhough it's an old mansion, still in nice shape.
