Been here for the third time, so it cannot be a bad place. Small rooms - as anywhere in KL in this price range - but comfortable beds, good bathroom, spotlessly clean. Windows, which cannot be opened, face an inner indoor courtyard, so there is no noise from the street. Location is right in the middle of Petaling Streetmarket. You can watch it from the terrace in the second floor. Great location. Breakfast buffet is reasonable in that price range. A simple choice of bread, eggs, sausages, jam, butter and some fruit. Nothing fancy, but it is breakfast. Plus juice, coffee or tea. WiFi is good, everything works, staff is very friendly. I would stay there again.

Great location in the heart of Petaling St & close to Central Market & the LRT. Great view and place to relax on their deck. Quaint rooms and some had interesting glass-enclosed inward facing mini verandas. Friendly staff, too.

It's an amazing hotel in all aspects, just lacking in table and shelf in the room and also hanging places in the bathroom. Very conveniently located in the Chinatown.

We actually have booked our room for three nights, but after spending one night, we decided to move out. Here are our reasons: 1. The lift is not working, so we have to bring all of our luggage by stairs to level 2, where the receptionist and is located. 2. The room is so small, when we open our luggage on the floor (yes, there's no special place to put your luggage) practically we don't have space more. 3. We booked a room with a balcony. The door from room to the balcony has no lock (not safe enough) and not soundproof. So we can hear all the crowds on Chinatown until midnight (there was a chinese music played loudly all night). 4. There's no hook to hang your towel or clothes in the bathroom, and the door can't be closed properly. The separation between wet and dry areas is also not good. Once you take a bath, then all the bathroom areas get wet. 5. At night, we found mice playing around at the lobby and cafe's area. That's all the reason why we decided to move out earlier, but if you just need a cheap room to stay and don't care about the service, maybe this hotel is a right choice for you. The location is right in the middle of Chinatown and near the Pasar Seni station. PS. I think we're the only guest that stayed at the hotel that night. I can't find anybody around when we first came in the afternoon, at night or even in the morning.

The service was really great, all hotel staff were really helpful and responsive. They served simple breakfast (bread, jam, butter, coffee by illy, tea, juice) and it fits the price you pay. Easy access since it’s located in chinatown, pretty much near everywhere in the town. One downside for me was that the room was quite humid. But overall, a nice place to stay with an affordable price.

Even when you specify you want a room with a window, it's pointless, because windows in this hotel can't be opened and they face the main corridor. The owner should at least equip them with a good ventilation system, but apparently he doesn't care. The hotel staff are trying their best with fragrant sprays and dehumidifiers, but that won't help if no air can enter. Rooms are stuffy and smell of fungi. After a few days I started sneezing and coughing. Now really hoping no spores entered my respiratory tract.
