A decent place to stay at. Great location when it's in the middle of China Town, near Central Market and public transportation. The hotel lock/unlock card was not working well but the staff was very eager to help

The service was really great, all hotel staff were really helpful and responsive. They served simple breakfast (bread, jam, butter, coffee by illy, tea, juice) and it fits the price you pay. Easy access since it’s located in chinatown, pretty much near everywhere in the town. One downside for me was that the room was quite humid. But overall, a nice place to stay with an affordable price.

Not recommended to stay. not comfortable. the receptionist asked me for deposit 10 MYR. and when I am checked out I asked for my deposit again but the receptionist said that it was tax for the tourist. The receptionist is different person when I checked in and checked out

Even when you specify you want a room with a window, it's pointless, because windows in this hotel can't be opened and they face the main corridor. The owner should at least equip them with a good ventilation system, but apparently he doesn't care. The hotel staff are trying their best with fragrant sprays and dehumidifiers, but that won't help if no air can enter. Rooms are stuffy and smell of fungi. After a few days I started sneezing and coughing. Now really hoping no spores entered my respiratory tract.

I came to this hotel for a staycation alone and besides internet reviews, I have no prior knowledge about this hotel. It is located inside Petaling Street, so if you're going there by Grab/taxi, ask them to drop you off at Petaling Street entrance and walk inside. It will be on your left. The booking process is smooth and the staff at the reception is nice too. Make sure you have RM50 cash for deposits even though you've paid for your room I booked a queen room with window and it is very small. You barely have room to walk so please take note if there are two of you or more. I was there alone so the space didn't bother me much. As for the window, you wont get a view of KL because it is facing the inside of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so I enjoyed sleeping there. As for the internet, I was told that it wouldn't be so strong on the 3rd floor but I can watch netflix with no problem. There's no TV so do bring your own entertainment device. From my room I can hear the stall downstairs cooking but I don't really mind because it is in the middle of the city, so some noise should be expected. Breakfast was simple, some bread, cheese , butter and jam. Coffee is brewed upon request and you can eat it at the balcony where you can see Petaling Street. As for nearby attractions, you can go to Central Market or Times Square. If you're not a Muslim, there will be plenty of stalls under the hotel for you to eat. There are also 99 Speedmart, KK Mart, KFC and Family Mart 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Great hotel at best price and location

Overall is good, but very small room and don't even have a table to put things. This is what I feel bad.

- Family vacation
If we choose between bad-good-best - great from this 4 category. This hotel should be good only, suitable for backpacker but not suitable for family vacation, as the room small, actual room different with photo shown at website, more smaller if compare with photo, but location strategic
