As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Under this mandate, the hotel shall collect from foreigners guest RM10.00 per room per night when they stayed at our premises. This tax is not included in the room charges. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

Clean and simple room with modern bathroom. Pros Lift ✅ Parking space at the back of the hotel ✅ Walking distance to KTCC ✅ Self service laundry just a few shop lot distance ✅ 7-11 in front of the hotel ✅ Restaurant just beside the hotel ✅ Cons My room is facing the main road. A bit noisy for those who is light sleeper. Overall is good and recommended

For its price, the room is nice. It is an old room, but the room is clean. It has a lift, hot shower function, and good water pressure. The air conditioner takes time to cool the room. Basic room that meets the necessity. I am satisfied.

I had a pleasant stay with this hotel. Staffs reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Although the room had some issues, but it was rectified quickly and accordingly. There are many food outlets around. Also batik shops and self-service dobbies (as of Jan 2023) nxt to hotel. Clinic and karaoke centre were noticed nearby. KTCC is a walking distant. The cons: no ATM and CDM machine around, you have to go to town for those which is just an e-hailing away (few minutes) from city centre. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I am satisfied.
