Clean room, affordable price, close to the beach
The receptionist was very helpful. I arrived at 12 noon and was told check in was at 3pm. I informed her that I needed a room earlier as I have to check out at 7 pm (I paid for a full day) and my flight back to KL was at 8:50 pm. I just needed a place to rest and shower after my meeting. She immediately contacted housekeeping to check for any available room. I was given the key 15 mins later. I was very impressed with her understanding. Thank you.
The spa opens at 2pm apparently. Uncle Chua, Chicken Cottage and Manhattan Fish Market are nearby. 7 Eleven too. There's a parking lot behind this building. Comfortable stay
The location of the hotel is good. Easy to find food.
Nice and good. Not so expensive.

Family Room Rocks!
Booked family room with 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds. Our family consists 6 adults and 2 kids. The room had two bathrooms complete with shower and hairdryers. It was clean and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations for the price we paid, well worth it will recommend to friends

Not a pleasant experience
Location is ok but we had a room with no windows and an extractor fan that kept us awake all night. The second hand flip flops were a touch too far and didn't get used. The spa aspect of this hotel appears to be a couple of massage chairs and a jacuzzi behind a curtain needless to say it wasn't for us!

Below my expectation
Stayed in superior plus room which have one queen size bed and one single bed. The room space is small. The bathroom ok but a bit small for me when I carry my baby to go shower. The bed and pillow is comfortable to have a good sleep. The room is clean. The staff is polite. The service is good. May try to book for bigger room in my next visit.

A decent yet abit unpleasant stay
The room price I got for this hotel was a bargain and without hesitation I booked a night for this hotel. Upon entering the premise, the receptionist was friendly yet slow to the job, maybe beacuse I'm used to the rapid response of luxury hotels before. Upon checking-in, the room I got was spacey, had a decent toilet and amenities yet an outdated toiletries policy so they don't prepare you with toothpaste and toothbrush set. The walls...are something of a concern here, its so thin you can literally hear noise from the corridor or from other rooms, and at night time, its scary as hell somehow leading to a unpleasant sleeping experience. The cable TV provided suits the budget and the price and also the caliber of this hotel befits. Ample and worth it. Should improve the room padding/walls to provide a better sleeping experience overall. Food is at abundance, got lots of cafés outside the hotel itself, for cheap. So should cost you less if you're on a budget.
