Im really satisfied with the hospitality that MOV offered. I've put notes when making reservation, that me and my hubby go to the KL for babymoon, and their decor our room so cute ☺ . The bed also very comfort (after many walks in KL , MOV's bed very can give somekind of magic recovery). AND the toilet lamp is cute! thanks MoV✨

Excellent Location, Spacious Room, but Noisy AC. The hotel's overall ambience was good.The room was surprisingly spacious for two people, comfortably fitting our two 24-inch suitcases. The location is unbeatable; it is within easy walking distance of virtually everything in the Bukit Bintang area. Service was satisfactory, and they offer a convenient luggage storage service (10 RM/bag/day), which is complimentary if you have a second booking with them for your return. The main drawback was the air conditioning unit, which was quite noisy, although it worked extremely well and kept the room very cold.

Good hotel with a nice view. The hotel is so close to Alor Street and Pavilion. If you want to use the MRT, you just need to walk around 5 minutes. That's an amazing journey to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was really nice, clean, fragrant, and the staff, who wore hijabs, were very friendly. I forgot to ask their names, but they were very helpful. The best. I'll be back again tomorrow.

Everything is good and excellent except one points: Unlucky for me, when I stayed at hotel during air conditioner is repaired, so we couldn’t sleep around 2 - 3 days at night time because the room was very hot even though I setup Air Conditioner mode was cool, fan turbo and strongest, 16 degree Celsius. I don’t know the quality of Air Conditioner is already bad before or during repaired, but hope the hotel owner review and improve the air conditioner in every room.

For those taking the train, exit from Exit F Bukit Bintang, heading to the hotel for about 500 meters, with a downhill and uphill road. In the room, there is only one power outlet, the others use USB cables. Complimentary coffee and tea must be obtained from the reception, not provided in the room. The room interior has a modern monochrome theme. Around the hotel at night, it turns out there are many cafes and nightclubs, there are also "ladies of the night". The Indian area is also here. Deposit 200RM. The plus point here is its proximity to Pavilion and Alor Street.

the experience was pretty great, the staffs were nice n helpful but since we arrived at dawn, there’s several questionable couple that maybe drunk/high when we arrived so it’s a bit disturbing but they alr left after we go out to see area around after checking in but other than that, the overall is pretty okay
