The staff are really helpful to accommodate our stay, such a pleasant stay at Pavilion, and thanks for all the compliments provided by Pavilion Hotel. The breakfast variants are quite a lot, you can choose local or western style. Since it's located in the middle of Bukit Bintang area, you can go around so easily, to the mall, food stalls, even for transportation in a minute. Will definitely be back to stay a little bit longer.

Unforgettable stay at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur managed by Banyan Tree. Stay here for vacation and anniversary celebration. Check-in process is so smooth, Mr. Adam who assisted my check-in process was so kind and helpful. The guest experience team also did a very great job for arranging room set up my room as per request. I have stayed several times in this hotel. I really like the view of the city. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. breakfast is very varied and tastes good. very friendly service. I will definitely come back here. highly recommended

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. And as the first time, I am very satisfied. Large room, very clean. Next to pavillion mall. Walking distance to lot 10 and alor. Very recommended.

Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!

What a beautiful property! The staff is amazing! The hospitality exceeds expectations and everyone is so helpful and welcoming at all times. Great location. The breakfast buffet was so extensive and of great quality.
The club lounge staff were pleasant and welcoming and the evening snacks and drinks were great! Really enjoyed our stay!

My room could be left unused for a while, there is a sewage smell in the toilet in the first 1.5 days. Very limited choice on TV Chanels. Room scent service is not consistent.

Lovely hotel. Lots of clear communication before checkin and how to find them, where to park etc..very straightforward to get there. Checkin ahead of time meant very quick at the desk. Very efficient and friendly. Loved the peace and quiet of this hotel despite its location. Room very sound proof. Bed very comfortable. Good sized shower - lots of hot water . Turn down service with incense and aromatherapy was lovely. Swimming pool really only good for 2 people if doing lengths but great having the outside view while swimming. Breakfast was a huge spread but nothing wow! Adequate and mediocre. A little awkward when busy with inadequate space to get around .
