반얀트리가 관리하는 파빌리온 호텔 쿠알라룸푸르

Kuantan Hyatt라는 이름에 비해 시설은 너무 부족했어요. 시설과 음식은 중급호텔 정도였고 직원들은 친절했어요. 다음에 재방문한다면 이가격엔 이 호텔을 선택하지 않겠어요.

Room condition은 좋았고 처음 말레이시아 여행하는 가족과 동반여행으로 쿠알라룸푸르를 느끼기에 좋은 위치였어요. 다만 3박동안 조식 내용이 똑같아서 조금 아쉬웠어요.

친절도 그닥 청결 그닥 몰접근성 최고

쿠알라룸프에 핵심 위치에 위치해 있으며, 파빌리온 몰은 쿠알라룸프 최고의 쇼핑몰인 것 같습니다.

호텔 상태및 위치 좋아요. 특히 파빌리온 몰과 연결되어 있어 땀흘리고 밖으로 이동하지 않아도 됩니다. 전날 묵었던 JW 메리어트보다 훨씬 메리트 있습니다. 특히 체크인시 많은 도움을 준 Mr. Yuen의 친절함에 감사드립니다.

위치며 시설이며 직원들 교육등등 너무좋았습니다 또 오고싶어요

the location is wonderful. Connected to Parvillion mall. Breakfast buffet is satisfied. However seafood dinner buffet is disappointed. Not various seafood, too cold.

이 숙박 시설의 최대 장점은 파빌리온 몰과의 접근성이다. 반얀트리 계열이라 특유의 분위기도 있긴 한데, 시설은 다소 평이한 편이기도 하다.

파빌리온 몰과 연결되어 있는 점이 가장 좋았습니다. 조식은 다소 부실한 느낌이지만, 레이트 체크아웃 배려도 해 주어서 좋았습니다.

Other users already wrote about strengths of this hotel. So I will not repeat them and just write about flaws of this hotel. These are just my personal opinions and they are too trivial flaws, 'flaws in the crystal'. - The bedspread is immovable. It is attached to the bed. It is a bit uncomfortable for me. (Is that how it is?) - There is a restaurant called The Courtyard on the 8th floor. That is the place where you can enjoy breakfast buffet. One day, I wanted to have a satay, so I picked one and had a bite. But it was a raw one, so I spat it out. You need to ask a cooker to give you a grilled one. It was my mistake, but it would be much better if raw satays are displayed on an unreachable place. - One day, I found there was no new towels in my room. The room was cleaned, but there were no new towels. I didn't know why. Anyway, I asked the lobby to give me new towels and a staff delivered them right away. - On the first day of my stay, I could hear music coming from outside. Not from the TV in the room. It was around 5 to 6 pm. I don't want to complain about this because it was not that loud music and I went out to have dinner at that time. But those who want total silence might feel uncomfortable about it.

다 좋았는데 화장실 청소도 안되어있어 불쾌했다 콘센트도 고장난것 도 있었다 하지만 조식과 직원의 친절함은 매우 좋았다

Excellent location. Hotel is connected to the Pavilion Mall. Spacious room and good amenities. Courtyard room was very quiet. Will definitely return again.

우선 깨끗하고 서비스가 좋아서 만족하고요, 바로 몰이랑 연결되어 있어서 여러가지로 편리합니다. 가격대비 정말 좋은거 같아요~^^

Wonderful Birthday Stay! Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!
