Every time I visit Malaysia, I always choose to stay at Sunway Resort Hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—just next to Sunway Pyramid Mall, with so many restaurants and mini markets around the hotel. Super convenient and comfortable, highly recommended!

So awesome!! the room is clean and comfortable.the food is so tasty and delicious and so much variety from chinese food, indian food, malay food and also arabic food. the staff also very polite and very helpful. Strategic location, just 8 minutes from Sunway KL Hospital. It's connected to the large, complete, and luxurious Sunway Pyramid Mall; it offers a wide variety of food. The room size is also good and appropriate. Check-in and check-out are also easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended to stay!!! Will stay here again.

EFFECTIVE 1 JAN 2018 - Rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive of all prevailing taxes. Additionally, the mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This amount is to be collected by the hotel, on behalf of the Government of Malaysia, upon check-out. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempt from paying this tax. Non-refundable PREPAYMENT for entire stay is required at the time of booking. Booking(s) will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. everyone was friendly and accomodating. I'm just not sure if I had the bad luck or what, but we got the room with view of the inner hotel...it was a bit gloomy and well...to be fair it's facing tbe inside so can't be helped. As I see it, other rooms might be similar too. Also not as big as the photos in traveloka suggested...i just wish we know the room have this variety so that I wouldn't be so disappointed when me and my family arrived there. Or maybe even book another place or room variety. I was the one who booked the hotel and I had been telling my family it would be a great stay and great view (photos in traveloka backed this) and well... Anyway, maybe just include the room variety without the outdoor resort view too as part of your booking listing so if anyone else get it they won't have their expectations dashed like mine was. I'm so sorry to say but I was so glad I only stayed one night here. no complaints about others though. they are all great.
