Everything was fine on the trip except for the Breakfast ''chaos'' during the first day of stay. It was a Sunday morning and as the Breakfast restaurant is meant for customers from both Sunway Pyramid Hotel and Sunway Resort Suites, the crowd is huge, the queue is long, and the congested traffic (especially the lift area) is very unpleasant. Got no choice but to skipped the breakfast on first day, second day was fine. Improvement on this is much appreciated. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is addictive. Sunway Lagoon is just next door.

Hotel options in Sunway City are few, so the price is relatively more expensive when compared to areas like Bukit Bintang. But overall the hotel is good just a little overpriced
