This hostel was amazing, Mr. Jafi was an amazing guy and was very friendly in nature. Overall, the environment of the hostel was very nice. Just one thing to improve is to keep slippers in the washroom. Rest everything is perfect. If I ever visit Cameron Highlands, I will surely visit them.

The mattresses are as thin as A4 paper, I ended up with such a neck pain. Very narrow space also, with a window just behind, didn't feel comfortable and easy to sleep in. Also didn't have hot water in 2 different showers. Had to go to the mixed dorm even though I've booked a female dorm. They text you on your check out date to remind you that you need to be out BEFORE 11 which doesn't feel very welcoming or nice either.

The hostel is nearby Tanah Rata bus station. The room and toilet are clean, and the hostel has a water dispenser. The kitchen and public area are a bit old and not well maintained.

Quite good, the staff were not that friendly to me, and one more thing, 10:40am the guy came to my girl room remind me check out and collect the key, even I was free all morning and just wait for checking out.

Although the hotel has a lights-out time, it does not mean that you can chat loudly in the room for a long time without lights-out time, right? The room is for rest, chat can go to the lobby. Every passenger 's schedule is different, some people catch the plane at night, can only sleep during the day. I lived here and had a lot of arguments with another roommate about it, and I wanted to sleep and she wanted to talk, and I went to the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Won't you stop it?

The hostel is a welcoming clean place with equiped capsule type curtained bunks, an upstairs sunny cafe with cool mountain air which is indoors and sheltered from rain, laundry service, some tour and trail help, a basic kitchen with filtered hot and cold water, good wifi, convenient location for food, trails, and now a gym room with some weights, new mattresses and too much else to add here. Everyone there are welcoming and helpful which is really a great factor for any good stay.

I got lost because I cannot find it. Google points me to the right location but because they don't have a proper signage it's confusing. The staffs are nice and polite though so even if I'm tied of long travel plus the confusion of being lost for some time. I feel relieved since the rooms are clean and they have nice vibe.
