The staff were really friendly and helpful. I asked them to help arrange a taxi for 4 AM and they took care of it very well. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the room is quite spacious. The location is also nice, close to many food places. Would definitely stay here again.

very nice location, not too far from komtar. Cleanliness is okay but there are ants in the room. I chose this hotel because there are free parking but unfortunately it is limited, so i have to find a parking nearby.

Upon check-in, the hotel staff gave me a larger room. Wow… I was so happy to be given a room bigger than the one I booked. The location is also perfect on Macalister Road, so I could buy anything I wanted. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and there was a hairdryer. Overall, I was satisfied ❤️

The photos of the amenities in the advertisement don't reflect reality. I saw in the photos that there was hand soap in the bathroom, but in reality, there wasn't. When asked, the hotel said there wasn't. Tissues weren't provided either. Only toilet paper was provided. It's a shame this hotel doesn't provide basic guest necessities.
