It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. Apparently there was a leak from our apartment to the one below that we were not aware of so we had to have plumbers in our apartment while we weren’t there. The Cardor part of the complex REALLY needs a lot of work. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable it would be to stay there in the summer. Even the fan in the room didn’t work.

Not the apartment we booed, no separate bedroom, echo up stairwell very loud, building work going on next to pool, works on roof next to sunbeds, no sun at pool. Bed not always made.

The girl in the reception was extremely rude. No electricity in the room. She refused to help. I moved to another place. So I demand a refund as I didn't sleep there. The pictures on the site were very misleading.

The first apartment they showed me was terrible. It was internal with only one small window which was looking into the shaft. When I refused it because it was boiling hot & claustrophobic they said they had no other rooms available. As I hadn’t actually checked in I was on two minds whether to lose the first nights money and look for somewhere else to stay. Then they actually had two apts to show me instead which actually had balconies. The one I opted for was adequate in the end, but I was very disappointed that the air conditioning was an extra charge on top of the expensive price I had already paid for my stay.

I booked one the apartment because of the air-condition but when we arrived they said we need ha pay for the remote extra 40€. If you would like to watch the Tv or something is same issue. You have to pay extra. The pool is close 18:00. I think is really early. So in the end with the extras and etc is equal with the little bit expensive hotel one.

positive- we had halfboard - food was lovely, big selection - cereals, milk, coffee, tea, joghurts, bacon, sausages, breads, eggs, vegetables and fruits. Dinner- lots of rice, some pasta, meat, three kind of cakes, fruit, vegetable... hotel has 1 swimming pool inside and 1 outside. sea is just 10minutes walk, near is bus station and shops apartment is little bit old but is ok for the price negative - the beds are very bad condition, very old and uncomfortable. we had apartment for 4 people, but they gave us aparment with 2 normal beds and with 2 extra beds. every night you cant sleep all night bcs you felt tired from this beds.

Elevator button had to be held in till we reached our floor. (First impression). Everything was old, out dated, chipped, scratched and dirty. Water pressure was nonexistent. I guess you get what you paid for, I should have gotten a free stay for the condition. ... gladly, we didn’t go visit for the hotel experience. The local area is mainly populated with senior citizens and a slum. Only good thing was how close the bus station was and it’s ease of use.

I booked my husband and myself into the cardor but on arrival at the canifor to pick up the keys we were told that there was a problem with the booking and we were being taken by taxi to another hotel. I purposely booked into the cardor apartments as it was situated where I wanted to be but ended up in the San Anton hotel in St. Paul's bay (where I didn't want to be ). But they did upgrade us to half board.. good breakfast but terrible evening meal
