Appartamento da ristrutturare,nessuna manutenzione ,porta del bagno che non si chiude,cucina fatiscente, lavelli ostruiti.... è solo l'inizio di una lista che potrebbe continuare.Unica nota positiva è la posizione,vicino alla stazione degli autobus

It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. Apparently there was a leak from our apartment to the one below that we were not aware of so we had to have plumbers in our apartment while we weren’t there. The Cardor part of the complex REALLY needs a lot of work. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable it would be to stay there in the summer. Even the fan in the room didn’t work.

Not the apartment we booed, no separate bedroom, echo up stairwell very loud, building work going on next to pool, works on roof next to sunbeds, no sun at pool. Bed not always made.

Unglaublich schlecht! Nicht zum empfehlen! Reiner Betrug!

Decor awful beds awful staff rude

The girl in the reception was extremely rude. No electricity in the room. She refused to help. I moved to another place. So I demand a refund as I didn't sleep there. The pictures on the site were very misleading.

The staff were great, the food was varied and lovely. Our apartment was dated but functional and clean. Indoor pool was lovely and warm.

Bugibba is a nice area to relax and chill.

Building site next to property starts up at 6.30 every morning no prior warnings of it

The first apartment they showed me was terrible. It was internal with only one small window which was looking into the shaft. When I refused it because it was boiling hot & claustrophobic they said they had no other rooms available. As I hadn’t actually checked in I was on two minds whether to lose the first nights money and look for somewhere else to stay. Then they actually had two apts to show me instead which actually had balconies. The one I opted for was adequate in the end, but I was very disappointed that the air conditioning was an extra charge on top of the expensive price I had already paid for my stay.

Le séjour était sympa, le personnel à disposition des clients sauf la réception dont le comportement laisse à désirer..

Pulizia inesistente, in un asciugamano “pulito” ho trovato capelli non miei. Pulizia della struttura inesistente. Eravamo in un appartamento con “cucina”, 2 fornelli elettrici oltretutto rotti. Non ci tornerò mai più, veramente uno schifo! Non andateci perché sono soldi buttati!

Struttura lasciata andare,non molto curata,ma nel complesso può andare per un weekend

Nice people, good value for the money, if You don't crave to much.

Um custo x benefício "bom". Tamanho legal do apartamento, dá para cozinhar, passar uns dias. Com uma reforma e troca de móveis ficaria bem legal. O café da manhã estilo breakfast english era muito bom e bem servido.
