The quality of food can be improved and also variety

The receptionist attitude needs to very much improve. Also, the description of the hotel is not correct. No bar, no restaurant and no self parking

Really good service and nice place, really clean place. Good staff. The only thing that I can complain is that the bed mattress was really hard. And the breakfast food is all you can eat on fruit and cereal. But they only give you only once eggs (omelet). If you want more you need to pay for it.

Great breakfast with healthy options

We stayed here for a family party in Guadalajara over the weekend, and my husband and I really liked it. The place was charming and in a great location, within walking distance of several nice restaurants. We also appreciated having a liquor store right next door, which made it easy to pick up beer and whiskey for the party. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean—including our room, which was comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed the free breakfast with a beautiful view of the city while having our coffee. Our friends who stayed there with us loved it too and said they would definitely stay again.

To whom it may concern, Every hotel offers early check-in and late check-out. But hotel forced us to check-out early to clean it for next customer and no possible extension due to full occupancy. However this is not the truth, many rooms are still available. We were told to check out and leave the hotel with 4 year old kid. No humanity. Free Breakfast is not at all worthy food. Bathroom is slippery and no mat provided even after requested. Clogged hand wash basin, I've to remind couple days to un clog the water blockage. This business treats customer use and throw but should treat as god, we're giving them business but no ethics. Poor customer service, receptionist no humanity. Was told to use public washrooms on the street rather in hotel, however bathrooms available behind the reception. No humanity. Every hotel takes payment during check-out but the culprit lady receptionist took payment at the time of check-in itself. We were treated like animals. After check-out she launched an enquiry to check the room cleanliness and other stuff is intact or not as if we're thieves. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico. Please stay away. Walking distance to The glorieta parque and many dining options and shops. Very close to the main roads.
