Becquer Hotel Guadalajara

To whom it may concern, Every hotel offers early check-in and late check-out. But hotel forced us to check-out early to clean it for next customer and no possible extension due to full occupancy. However this is not the truth, many rooms are still available. We were told to check out and leave the hotel with 4 year old kid. No humanity. Free Breakfast is not at all worthy food. Bathroom is slippery and no mat provided even after requested. Clogged hand wash basin, I've to remind couple days to un clog the water blockage. This business treats customer use and throw but should treat as god, we're giving them business but no ethics. Poor customer service, receptionist no humanity. Was told to use public washrooms on the street rather in hotel, however bathrooms available behind the reception. No humanity. Every hotel takes payment during check-out but the culprit lady receptionist took payment at the time of check-in itself. We were treated like animals. After check-out she launched an enquiry to check the room cleanliness and other stuff is intact or not as if we're thieves. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico. Please stay away. Very nice boutique hotel with upscale vibe and amenities.

Really the only downside is that there is only one elevator. Rooftop bar is amazing but unfortunately not busy at all. Hotel staff is amazing!

Very modern hotel. Beautifully decorated all over. Parking is available with valet underground parking. Front staff was okay..wasn’t overly friendly, she did her job though, maybe a bad day. The room was very clean. Soft beds. Nice amount of pillows. Our room ** bathroom ** wasn’t my favorite..super small sink and taps were hard to operate. Shower didn’t drain properly.Need to add something anti slip, very slippery tiles. Nice toiletries provided. The city views are blocked by the TV in front of the window. Hard to view city. Breakfast server was very kind and attentive. Fast service.

The service was great and the staff were very nice. The room service was amazing. The only thing my bf and I did not like was the mini fridge did not keep cool and they do no have microwaves in the rooms.

If your going for a few day. The area is safe comfy and a small hotel.

La habitacion esta excelente, buena decoracion y muy aprovechado el espacio en la misma. Desayuno muy completo, solo un detalle que se escucha mucho ruido de los carros en la calle, como si las ventanas no cierran completamente, fuera de eso todo excelente, sin duda vuelvo a este hotel en Guadalajara.

Very good experience no problems at all

It’s a cute hotel, but they can definitely improve the elevator experience. It broke down and the cleaning crew rides with you. We had to keep asking for towels and we asked our floor to be cleaned. Some of the staff are friendly. The breakfast is good.

Todo está bien excepto el desayuno el peor lugar para desayunar no vayan ahí, una de las razón por las que agarré este hotel es por que incluía desayuno gratis pero no lo recomiendo preferí ir a desayunar afuera pero es solo mi opinión fuera de ahí todo perfecto

The free bottle of wine at this property was a 187 ml of Lambrusco. Expedia should have said I was going to get a free glass of wine.
