Coco Unlimited was nice, the staff very friendly and the price was better than other hotels in the area.

The room was amazing!

Beautiful place, very romantic, good for relaxation. Breakfast is a plus and it was delicious. The pool and the beach club also very nice with lots of beach chairs. Highly recommended, specially for couples. The only thing we could not enjoy was the beach with red flag and too much sewed.

A Hidden Gem by the Beach! I was initially skeptical because the price seemed too good to be true—but I was pleasantly surprised! Coco Unlimited is a fantastic boutique hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly, the hotel is spotless, and the vibe is perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious, and a major bonus was breakfast being served until 12pm—perfect if you like to sleep in. You’re just steps from the beach, making it the ideal spot to unwind. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a prime beachside location!

An absolutely beautiful property for the price. We stayed in the Master Suite with the Jacuzzi and the room was incredible with the views.

Great hotel in a quieter part of Tulum! Welcoming staff who were helpful throughout our stay. Clean room, lovely restaurant and beach bar. Highly recommend for a more relaxed experience in Tulum.

Great beach front location, lovely breakfast and the ocean beach front rooms are right on the beach which was amazing. Drinks are expensive and service is poor.

Great secluded place, and easy walk to nearby places

From the moment we arrived at Coco Unlimited, we knew we were in for something special. Nestled right on Tulum’s stunning beach, this boutique hotel strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and understated luxury. The atmosphere is dreamy, laid-back, and effortlessly cool — exactly what we were hoping for. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and just steps away from the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on our private balcony was pure magic. The staff deserve a huge shoutout — warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile. Whether it was organizing bikes, dinner reservations, or just making sure we had everything we needed, they made us feel like VIPs every day. The on-site restaurant and bar were also excellent. We enjoyed fresh, flavorful dishes (especially the ceviche!) and some of the best margaritas in Tulum, all with our toes in the sand. Location-wise, you’re in the heart of the hotel zone, surrounded by great beach clubs, restaurants, and boutiques — but Coco still feels like a tranquil escape. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and truly authentic Tulum experience, Coco Unlimited is it. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. Gracias, Coco Unlimited — hasta pronto!

I can't stress enough how much we appreciated our stay at Coco Unlimited. It's beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is truly amazing. And most of all it's perfectly located and very quiet compared to a lot of other similar beach hotels in the area where there's always terrible loud music and an endless parade of douchebags and instagram addicts. If I ever go back to Tulum I will definitely stay there again.

Location is great walking distance to Ven a la luz sculpture. Perfect beach front property, depending on tide conditions of course. Loved having room pool front, I will say given that the pool was open until 10pm I don’t quite understand why they started the cleaning at 9pm just when I was planning to go in which impeded us from using it and we were there only one night which kind of sucked, especially with ocean conditions and high winds. Very cute boutique hotel, well worth the price I might add. But it’s definitely a you get what you paid for scenario in Tulum with its prime location.
